All sausage processing prices are with pork included.
All summer sausage has 10% shrink after smoked and are 3 lb. sticks.
All snack sticks have 30% shrink after smoked.
Ring Bologna, Cheddarwurst and Smoked Polish have 15% shrink after smoked.
